At Chome Theory, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us on our contact form on the website. 

Include your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note: Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that show signs of use

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items
